Showed up right before closing with a nail in my tire, and they still got me in and patched it up quickly. Super friendly, honest, and efficient. Really appreciate the great service. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with Firestone in Pelham. Before bringing my vehicle in, I explained over the phone that a previous diagnostic had identified my VVT valve as the issue. Instead of listening to that information or even checking the VVT valves, I was told all my car needed was an oil change. They performed the oil change and sent me on my way without inspecting the issue I had specifically brought up. Not long after, my car broke down on the highway while I was driving home from vacation with my two dogs in the extreme heat. It was a stressful and dangerous situation that could have been avoided. I ended up spending even more money to have the actual issue—the VVT valve—repaired. If they had taken the time to inspect the VVT valves instead of immediately assuming it was just due for an oil change, I likely wouldn't have ended up stranded on the side of the highway (again) with additional repair costs. I was also told my vehicle had several other problems that no other mechanic had mentioned, which made me question the accuracy of their recommendations. Overall, I felt like my concerns and the prior diagnostic information were dismissed, and I can't recommend

UPDATE: I was told that they would look into this because my car was still at the shop. In the meantime, we were gaslit and disrespected by the shop while trying to negotiate a settlement to get our car back. The person who replied to the review did not attempt to help us, so don't believe any of the replies to negative reviews. It's obviously lip service. I took my car there on Tuesday and have not been able to get it back because they are asking for almost $1,000 more than the initial quote to do the work. They have changed the price three times in the three times that I have talked to them. First, it was $2,900, then $2,800, but most recently, they said $2,700, all significantly more than the $2,000 I was quoted. They are giving us the runaround on the price and not honoring the quoted amount while keeping our car. Yesterday, when I called, they told me the associate who helped me was out of the store; today, it was the store manager. This is ridiculous! If you quote a price, you should stick to it.

We came in with a damaged right front tire with nearly 40,000 miles on it. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient and the charge was very reasonable. In fact, we decided to buy three more new tires.

My sister and I were on a road trip from Tennessee to Alabama to see our brother. We started having car trouble about 1 hour away. My sister started calling firestones when she reached the one in Pellham. Jimmy answered the phone and helped calm us down as our alternator was failing. He directed us to the safest route to make it in to them. We set the appointment online which was super convenient. The next day we took the car in. The customer service we received was amazing. Jimmy had us right in and handled within 15 minutes our car was in the air. He was a a breath of fresh air during this unfortunate circumstance. Our mechanic Junior was exceptional he was so polite and efficient in getting our alternator replaced. It took only a hour and a half to fix the problem. They made sure all the fluids and tires were good before we left. Firestone has our business across the board! Thank you so much for helping us in our time of need and doing an amazing job at it.
